Marketgate Snow Queen Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is run by Marketgate Shopping Centre, Lancaster.
2. The competition will run from Monday 1st December 2025 until Sunday 15th December 2025.
3. To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided on Marketgate’s social media channels during the competition period.
4. The prize consists of 4 x tickets to ‘The Snow Queen’ at The Dukes Lancaster on Saturday 27th December at 3pm.
5. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted after the competition closes.
6. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
8. The selected winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving the winning notification. If no response is received, another winner will be chosen.
9. Tickets will be provided via collection as advised by Marketgate Shopping Centre.
10. Marketgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or prize at any time without prior notice.
11. Employees of Marketgate Shopping Centre, their immediate families, agencies, partners, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
12. Information provided by entrants will be used by Marketgate Shopping Centre and its appointed marketing agency, Shoppertainment Management Limited, for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
